Which regular issue US coin has the highest relief?

Not counting High Relief Saints, 1921 Peace Dollars, or any kind of proof or commemorative. I mean regular issue - from 1/2 cents to $20 (excluding those mentioned)regular issue

Which one has the highest relief? Also, how did you arrive at your answer?

$10 1907 Liberty with knife rim and periods.
$20 Type I, II (to 1876)
1916 Winged Liberty dime.
1916 Walking liberty half dollar.

I think the high relief Ikes (1973-1974 and 1977-1978) should rank right up there, both obverse and reverse.

I think the silver Washington quarters with the type B reverse are contenders also. Washington's head and the eagle's body both stick up quite aways and the type B reverse devices would not be any higher except the field has been lowered.

So far the approach has not been too scientific here - just impressions.

I think you meant $10 1907 Indian with knife rim and periods. I didn't realize that this was a regular issue.

Any Deep Mirror Prooflike 1878 8 Tailfeather Eagle Reverse Morgan Dollar. Most collectors have difficulty accepting this because they have never seen or handled one. Exactly my point though. The dies which were used to strike these coins were quickly retired when Mint workers realized the technical drawback to producing coins meant for circulation with such high relief. Very few surviving unimpaired examples of this type exist today.

I'd have to throw the mid-50s through 1968 Lincoln Head cents in there, the obverse has a very high relief, and if that coin was the size of a $20 I wouldn't be surprised if in fact it looked like the UHR in hand.
