  that reverse is pretty scuffed up. It would hold down any obverse and grade to a MS63/4 at best.

  I would ignore completely what the NNC holder says as their opinion differs from what real collectors think.

  I think it is 64 tops on a good day... I don't think the images are making a case for a better grade than 63. The coin is likely more attractive in hand
