eBay question

I used to be able to "add a note" to any eBay item I was currently watching, but since they arbitrarily implemented their new format yesterday, I no longer see any "leave note" option. Is it gone forever or did they just move it or rename it, and I'm just overlooking it now?

It appears to be at the bottom of the drop down menu on the right of each item.

they changed mine and I can't stand looking at it. I won't be buying any new coins too soon as it hurts my brain.

I hate those big red signs saying I am out bid. I know that allready. I only want to pay what it is worth not what some shill thinks I should pay.
