1867 IHC......Dipped......but is it a fake?

The coin has frosted devices with "Dipped" mirrored fields, it has a repunched date (1-7) it also has Proof Die Markers.....opinions please.

The 1 looks narrow and strange compared to other 1867s.

I don't like the 'mushy' reverse, especially.

Very, very bad. The date's not even close to what the authentic 1867 date looks like.

Looks like a fake. The date is definitely repunched. The 7 is doubled, and the 8 is way off.

Definitely a Chinese counterfeit. I own one just like it. Also a 1909-S Indian with the same 'tells'.
