I recently posted a Newp Comic book on a Comic book chat forum and here's the first reply I got...

"No need to start a thread for every new book in your collection. Starved for apreciation and praise. Join a support group."

Wow, interesting response.

This forum would get pretty boring if we didn't share our coins, wouldn't it???

Lot of incivility running around – too bad. They might enjoy life more with a bit of courtesy.

what was the comic?

and i can see how they may be like that. comic collectors are not
as odd as coin collectors. after all, comic book grading in plastic
is basically a flop. oh it is marketed by the usual culprits but overall
it is not sticking.

that should tell you a lot about comic book collectors.

ugh. dizzy. how in the heck are you supposed to read it?

plastic and comics just do not mix! and did you really need for that
grading company to tell you that was good to very good condition.

every comic book store owner i talk to says comic book grading is
a crock of crap. inconsistent and a waste of money.

otherwise.. that is a cool issue. i never read it.
