Live.com payment failed

I bought some coins using the Live.com process and when I checked my accout today, it should there were several that "failed". My balance shows zero and I did not request the funds as I have been out of the Country. When using the drop-down, it said they tried to deposit the money in my paypal account but it expereiced a problem with the account I used. However, there was one deposit made that day and 4 other deposits over the last money.
Anyone else experienced a "failed" deposit?
