  Yes.
  
  1) Go to Advanced Search
  2) In the first box enter a <space>
  3) Select "AND NOT" from the drop down
  4) Enter "UHR" in the second box.
  5) Check the desired forum from the choices below.
  6) Hit "search".
  
  That should eliminate all threads with "UHR" in the title.
