How do you properly store autographs that arent going to be professionally slabbed for a while?

Being an obvious newbie to TTM autographs I have a question (not my first and wont be my last). How are autographs that are not professionally slabbed yet supposed to be stored? Toploader? Toploader and penny sleeve? Card Saver I? Card Saver i and penny sleeve? Other? I don't want to ruin the signature by storing it improperly.

Thanks in advance.

I put mine in a penny sleeve then a toploader. Then I put them in a small safe away from the light

Since I was/am heavily into TTM, I just keep them in a binder in 9 card pages. If the guy is a HOFer I will put them in a penny sleeve and Card Saver for submission. Both methods do not damage the autograph. I have had cards stored in 9 card pages for 20 years with no problem whatsoever.

Penny sleeve & toploader. As long as you don't store them in an awkward place (heat, direct sun) you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

We're going to get some long shelves and put them all down in our finished basement over on my side near the bar for display in the near future.

I put most of mine in binders, as long as they are out of the light natural or otherwise, thats the main thing.
