90/10 is the standard for the back of the card for PSA 9. I think though that if there is a sliver showing it will get a 9 as long as the front is ok.

As long as there is the tiniest sliver of a border on back, PSA will give a 9...personally I think that should not be the case..

This makes me sick, because my Henderson PSA 9 had a perfect back. I swear, PSA has something against giving that card a 10 (only 10 PSA 10's out of 9,219 graded).
