Has anyone ever seen a "Heritage" graded coin like this?
Who is this? I don't think Heritage has any grading of their own?
Another grader?

Jay,
Here's where you can get more quality HCG coins! This seller has about a dozen or so listed in the special HCG section of their ebay store. They also have an ICCS section. Now don't all go at once!

Interestingly the slabs seem to be the same. So, maybe they changed their name from SGS. They are all graded 70.
