http://www.flickr.com/photos/jacksongto/3088764130/ is a url internet address which leads to a flickr website that contains, along with a certain number of words, an out of focus picture which, if properly focused, would look like this
To be more specific, I'd say the photo that the url link goes to represents an ebay auction item which can be described as follows:
"You are bidding on one 1934 Texas Centennial Commemorative Half Dollar. This coin has some mint luster remaining, but the real beauty is that all the details remain in excellent condition. I got two of these from my Grandfather and I really could not tell any difference between them. I decided I would send one off to be graded by PCGS and it came back as MS63. I will keep that one for myself, but to my untrained eye the coin for sale looks like it is in the exact same condition. I apologize for the quality of the picture, but no matter what I tried I could not get a pic that captured all the fine details on this coin.
PayPal only, for your protection and mine.
No returns on certified coins or coins/mint/proof sets still in the original government packaging.
$4.95 shipping for Priority Mail. I will ship immediately. Insurance is optional. Combined shipping available for $1 per each additional item.
For my 3rd guess, i'd say that the url leads to a photo from an ebay auction of a 1934 Texas Commemorative that was sold as a "buy it now" for $125 to a bidder whose ebay name starts with a g and ends with an o who has 100% positive feedback
ex-us naval boatswain/coxswain here who served peace time...beach assaults were a blast even if only practice
trigger pulling...not much small arms here except for fanfire calls and security alert drills but i did qualify in every position of a twin "3 inch 50" mount (i earned my battle "E" as a boats)
try feeding breeches at knee height standing in the middle of them sounding a 35 rounds a minutes call...sometimes pulling the trigger takes a back burner to real gun work...gunners manning a 16" mount still have my deepest respects and i'm sure you "stand in salute" and amaze in a battle ship's presence...but it's not all about that as...thank an engineman your not just a floating duck or your quartermaster you're even where you're supposed to be
i like all vets past present and future and know that no job in any branch is to be looked at as "a less then" position
so i'm a lil lost in your giveaway with all the this n that but have fun as i'll keep mine...simple
everything in life is but merely on loan to us by our appreciation....lose your appreciation and see
I'll go with the Texas Commem for my guess as well. And as for the service portion, I'm a very proud offspring of Coast Guard veteran (1970 - 1974) who once received a top level commendation for rescuing 13 men, including a Captain, from a burning ship.

I am hoping it isn't too late. I am a YN, but my dad is an Army vet (thezookrew), both of my granddads were military (one Army, one Air Force), my great great granddad was involved in D Day (but never talked about it). And In 10 years or so, I think I want to follow in their footsteps!!

Somebody had a 20th post giveaway? Dang, I missed that one!
Well, I figured out that Texas half straightaway, but since veteran status seems to be what's in play right now, I can't say much, having led a soft, overfed, mushy sort of civilian life for 43 years this month. About the roughest time I ever had was working in a couple of North Carolina textile mills.
Speaking of dodging airborne metal, I can say I had a two-ton hoist fall off the ceiling and land right next to me once, arcing and spitting electricity as it went (and me standing on a floor that was an inch deep in water). But that's the closest I have to any "war stories".
