Does anyone tamper proof raw coins to send to ebay buyers?

Last time I start a thread with my iPhone
I need a way to thwart ebay buyers from switching silver eagles (ie returning a spotted coin when a good coin was shipped) for claiming a refund. I thought of tamper resistent tape on a clear flip so the buyer can see the coin but if the tape is removed the refund is voided. Anyone have ideas?

Hoard the keys.
"No Returns on Graded Coins or Mint Issues."
It works !

Aren't all US coins "mint issues?"
The original question was regarding "raw" coins.
Simply do not accept returns on graded/ungraded (or raw) for those who don't understand, Mint issue coins.
So far - so good!

Exactly, i.e. no returns
ebay id ernie sends raw coins in a mylar flip with a staple in it and a sticker saying "no returns if staple removed". It can be very difficult to see hairlines through his flip. DAMHIK. --Jerry
You can buy one from any office suppy store, and they start at less than $50.
If I were going to sell any amount of coins on Ebay, I would engrave my name on the bottom platen of the sealer. That way, my name would be on the seal across the flip. No one could just duplicate my method in their switching a coin on me.

I am going to choose the impulse flip sealer method and will engrave something on the bottom platen like Ray suggested.
So which type of flip should I get that would allow the buyer to clearly view the coin?
I am mostly selling mint capsuled silver eagles.
