Was bored today, so took out my 7070 and decided to photograph from coins separately. There was good sun today, so the toning showed up very nice.
First is a toned 1842 Seated Dollar which was graded by ANACS as a AU55. Picked up from Teletrade.
GORGEOUS Toning!

Second is a Proof 1868 Seated Dollar bought from Executive Coin company. The price was right and the coin is gorgeous in hand!

Next is a nicely toned Trade Dollar which was graded by NGC as a MS60.

Lastly, and one of my favs is a rainbow toned Trime which was graded by PCGS as MS63.

Thanks for looking!

I kept checking to see (and hoping to see) if this was the BST forum

<< <i>Nice coins, but the 1868 dollar is NOT a proof [IMO]. >>
The dollar was bought raw from Executive coin company, and it was sent to NGC where it came back AU53. I cracked it out and put it back in the album. It was submitted to make sure that it was a proof. And in hand, the coin has a lot more reflectivity, was hard to capture in the photo.
Edit to say: my error, came back PF53, not AU53.

Looks like NGC and I agree - not a proof.
