George W Bush on a coin from Liberia?

I just received a bunch of foreign coins and some tokens and I came across this one. It said "Liberia" on the 2x2 so I thought it was just another darkside piece. And then I saw G.W.B on the obverse. Too funny.

    That is a bad, bad, bad engraving, there. His eyes aren't _that_ close together. My oh my.

    Here is my G. W. coin from China. This, too, is bad engraving, but not quite as awful as that item from Liberia! LOL!

    (just my opinion, I hope I do not offend with my negative comments. It's just that there is not much positive about these cheap items.)

    No, no , no.....I am not offended at all. I was just surprised to see his mug on a coin from Liberia. And I dont think it is such a bad engraving, I think it is just a different perspective......nearly a side profile shot. Nonetheless, I find it humorous. image

    It won't be long before the third world countrys start cranking out Obama coins. Considering how many cult followers that he has they should be popular.

    This brings up a question of which I am ignorant. Do most other countries have laws that prohibit or allow living persons from their coinage?

    I am pretty sure I saw a late night infomercial selling them, some time ago.

    Before I started collecting coins, so it would have to been April of this year or earlier.
