I just submitted my first 100 card submission order ever. It had Topps 1952 and 1975 baseball and 1957 football that I have beed saving for a few years. My baseball poppage were ok, but the football was fantastic. I got PSA 8 in high number, low population Root,Lansford, Dibble, 2 Childress 8's , and 101 Nickel that is very tough. I also got a PSA 7 Bratkowski. My wife thinks it is just cardboard and that is fine with me. Otherwise, she'd be selling these cards for a nice trip somewhere. Does anyone else "forget" to tell the wife when they hit a PSA lottery.

It is always nice when big subs work out well.

Nah. My strategy is exactly the opposite. I like her to know about the "wins" so that she knows my cardboard isn't completely worthless.

That sure sounds familiar. If she happens to see the PSA email before I do stating the grades have popped, I just tell her it was my monthly freebie sub.
