All these never opened proof sets

Are they really original proof sets, never opened and seen, or are they just put into a new envelope? I have seen the envelopes selling by themselves too.

Not the proof sets.
As for their originality, its a best guess based on experience and comparison as there are still original sealed proof sets floating around out there.
The name is LEE!
are is a lot of garbage also. Like original rolls.
