  Not the proof sets.
  
  As for their originality, its a best guess based on experience and comparison as there are still original sealed proof sets floating around out there.

  There are a few out there but you have to believe there
  are is a lot of garbage also. Like original rolls.

  Some coins are just plain "Interesting"

  A while back, I won 60 - 1964 Proof Sets in a Scotsman auction. I have a friend who works for Scotsman, and he assured me that they had never been opened.
