I graded it EF-45, in person all letters in LIBERTY are clearly visable

would it slab...halo's can be concerning and couldn't tell ya from that pic
From a stand point of wear this coin looks like a high end AU. I can't tell if it is cleaned and retoned, but my gut reaction is that it is original.
Of course I could be wrong.

Look at Heritage, they have an 1876 AU details up right now- it looks similar to your coin.
