If you wanted to submit a coin in a NCS or old ANACS details holder, would you crack it out first?

I have a few coins, really original circulated but in these holder due to be marked scratched which exists but are really minimal.
I just crossed a dime, grade by ANACS in an XF45 with a much worse scratch but not noted on the small Anacs holder and it crosses.
Much worse than any of these coins in the "wrong" holder.

Have to wait and see how trigger happy pcgs is to put a coin in a genuine holder vs lowering it a grade for small issues.
You can try it out and let us know how it goes

It means most PCGS' perception in the marketplace is based on reputation, much more so than the actual grading, which varies from month to month, year to year. If they crossed coins marked as "problem coins" by other relatively respected services, that perceived reputation would decline, whether the coin deserves to be graded or not.
