Four coin Buffalo Gold Proof sets gone!!!

    Any guestimates on how many sold?
    Gold and silver are valuable but wisdom is priceless.

    The mint states might have a higher value in the future due to lower numbers but I find the proofs extremely attractive and had to have some for that reason alone.
    Gold and silver are valuable but wisdom is priceless.

    These may take a while to catch on because of the slow economy, but they have huge potential middle to long term.

    im still waiting for them to ship me my 4 coin UNC's. I think in the long run both the proof and UNC 4 coin sets will work out nicely. They are beautiful coins.

    For some reason it takes them longer to ship the buffs. Maybe they have to herd and corral them before putting them in their packing. I ordered proof buff fractionals a week and a half ago. They went into "processing" mode last Friday. I ordered a plat Unc 1/2 last Wednesday. It also went into "processing" last Friday but will be delivered tomorrow.

    I hope they work out nicely as an investment, as well as a beautiful 4 coin set.

    There are some low #'s on those fractionals.

    The next Mint Stats should give us a good idea where this issue is headed.

    All I know is I was thrilled when I got my 4 coin proof set. The coins are great and the presentation is amazing.

    That's what mine says...and my credit card has been debited.

    Just got my buff proofs. These coins look incredible. Box is nice too. Too bad their killing the fractionals. I would have been on board with these for the longhaul.

    My 4-coin set just arrived. Except for the 1-oz., they were all loose in the box with the half-ouncer out of the capsule. Beautiful set just the same.
