Calling Cladking -- Grade the '65 Washie ...
These aren't really my area of expertise. I'm happy calling this a Gem, but beyond that? 66 is my gut sense, but what do we think? I got this coin basically for free, so I'm happy one way or the other.

Edit: Luster is satiny and strong. Not heart-stopping, but better than average.

Flat? MS65, at best. JMHO
i have no problem guessing 65 though.
super strong luster could give it a bump... i just do not know the series
well enough to say.
lets see what others think.

not worth slabbing but a very nice example.
But it's almost certainly SMS so MS-65. It's pretty darn nice even for SMS though.
<< <i>If I could convince myself it's not SMS I'd go MS-66 pretty fast.

The fields around the eagle don't scream SMS to me. Perhaps its the photo.

This is the main reason that I can't convince myself it's SMS. There
appears to be a die defect above the right wing and atypical pat-
terning of a new die. Even the obverse could be non-SMS.
In hand it might be more obviously one or the other but from the
picture It appears to be clean and appears to be SMS.
