    Wow. I'd say that the coin has been cleaned, and the edges filed. (based on the missing metal at 1 o' clock on the reverse.)

    Ebay is making it more and more difficult to report an item. Lots of drop down menus and trial and error to get the correct item from their list.

    Here's a simple Ebay "Report Item" form that takes all the guesswork out of their normal reporting procedure. Save it, it comes in handy:
