  I'd say 63 even with the nice obverse. That reverse has been roughed up a bit which is too bad.

  The obverse looks 64, but with the hits running through peace and on the eagles wing the reverse should limit the grade to 62-63.

  I see it's in a holder so it isn't a BB victim. I had a Morgan with almost an identical reverse scratch get BB'd by NGC....

  It's a "bay" coin from about 10 years ago.
  IIRC the image was of poor quality, go figure.

  63..... I have seen this coin somewhere... the mark on the eagle's bust interested me... but soon figured out it was a hit from the left going right. Most likely in a 64 holder but it's a 63. Here's mine in 63.....

  Adding, I didn't read every post before guessing but a 64? They obviously missed the reverse scratch. Who would want that on a MS64? Raybo does!
