I will say 64 just becuase the size of the pic I think limits the hits in the field. That is a very nice looking coin regardless of grade, great eye appeal.
Attractive, no heavy marks on Liberty's cheek or eagle's breast -- only light abraisions. Not sure if the fields are a little chattery or not, though. I could go 63 or 64, so I'm going to say 63. Attribution not easy on that size picture. About the only thing I can make out well are the feathers below the right wing, so I'll say VAM 1. The visible die cracks could also be used for attribution, but I can't remember those as well.
There is some light doubling on the letters in PLURIBUS (strongest on P and L), but the doubling is less than on many other 8-TF varieties. There is inconsequential doubling on the stars, and the die cracks are few, even on the late die state. The two parallel polishing lines in the recessed area of Liberty's cap are the key diagnostic for many collectors, who, for identification purposes, use the motto, '2 on 2' (2 lines on VAM 2). Other collectors use the diagonal polishing lines in the upper left serifs of 'LIB' in LIBERTY as their key identifier.
