XF45...love the date. Can't tell if it's been cleaned or not...might just be the lighting. Even if it has been cleaned, it still looks attractive to me.

EF Details Net VF-35 due to old cleaning showing many hairlines, otherwise nice grey original look.
The struck through errors on the reverse at the C in the denomination is interesting and I would want to see this coin in hand to see exactly what took place during the minting process.

OK, maybe not scrubbed, but how hard do you have to rub silver to get those kind of hairlines?
I have never "wipped" a coin, so I don't know.
