  VF20 is my guess. Try a q-tip soaked in acetone on that green spot. It may help.

  If you acetone it you may want to coat it in Blue Ribbon or CARE or whatever the substitute for that is to seal/protect the surfaces. You could also soak it for a while in olive oil then pick at it with a rose thorn and see if it's moveable, then do the acetone, then the CARE.

  This is one that I will always be looking to upgrade but for now, it is a nice album filler. I wanted to get one that was graded by either PCGS or NGC and this coin looked like a very nice F12.

  Very nice. These are tough to grade but I'm saying VF20.
