  i had the same problem. I went to my wife's computer and was able to get the discount, I think. It showed up when I commited to buy and when I checked out.

  Try different key words.
  
  I just tried:
  Silver - no rebate showing (was showing yesterday)
  Gold - 25% rebate showing (was not showing yesterday)
  iPhone - 25% rebate showing
  
  Usually what I do is troll eBay first and find which item I want to purchase...
  then I go to Live.com and log-out and log back in....
  type in the keyword that works and click on the link to take you to eBay...
  then once the Cashback icon is working search eBay for the item # you want to purchase....
  Make sure icon is showing when you check-out.

  It was out for a while yesterday and i kept trying and it all of a sudden started working again... weird. But keep trying im sure it will be back soon

  I signed up for an account and then searched eBay for quite a while late last night. Never got any indication of a cashback participation.

  I had problems with using a different computer than the one I signed up on.
  
  This morning, I used the computer that I signed up on and it worked fine and I also used my 10% off coupon, so I got a great deal!
  
  You might need to clear your cookies and browser history before using live.com. If I do this and get it to work, I'll post the results!

  I'd keep playing. I don't think the heavy stuff will be coming down for quite a while!

  Then switch over to coins
