ebays new beta format is a rip off

I listed a feature plus, paid $10+ for the extra exposure and under this new format not all feature plus listings show up on the first page. There are about 18 large cents that show up under the old format and only 4 that show up under the new (I'm not the only one that should be pissed), You have to go to the page your item is on and that is where your feature listing is at. I called ebay and the rep. confirmed that the new format picks the items to show on the first page for different users and others have my item showing up on their first page. They don't tell you this when you list and I expect every buyer to see my item on the first page. Lately it hasn't been easy to opt. out.
