Who Does the Photography for CRO?

Because the photography is absolutely tremendous. Coins aren't too shabby either!

I love the technique that they use. The photos are so clean, crisp and evenly lit.
Anyone know how they produce this effect? Their photos are very similar to the ones
taken for the former Anaconda RC. It must be the same technique...

Their images are very different in quality from the Anaconda style, though both are superb efforts. Mark Goodman (mgoodm3) takes the images for CRO.

Mark has taken most but not all of the pictures on the site and in the archive - a few were done by Doug Plasencia of Stack's, and believe it or not I shot one myself. Can you figure out which one it was?

Great, but who photographed the coin? image

ah, CCU didn't photograph a coin, so it had to be the awesome coin cabinet!

IMO, mgoodm3 takes the highest quality and true to reality images in the entire hobby. By far the best.

Nope. I shot the copper Myddelton in P65 in our archive. We didn't have time to send it out, so I had to do it myself.

Other non-Mark Goodman coins are either old images we had done a long time ago, odds and ends we didn't have time to ship or things so expensive or so large that they couldn't be shipped, such as that 1670-A French Colonies Double Sol or the aforementioned cabinet in our archive.
