Cheap coin too nice to crack out

I needed a 35% silver nickel for my Dansco 7070 so I bought this one from TeleTrade for $25.00. After receiving it I don't have the guts to crack it out. It would cost me about $30 to get it re-graded if I ever decided to sell. I would like to have it in my Dansco, but just don't seem to have the gonads needed to bust it out of the plastic. I wonder how someone was able to sell it at that price - considering the grading fees.

Who is General Failure, and why is he reading my hard drive?

I think the 7 in the cert # indicates bulk submission. Anyone know for sure?

now, if you said you wanted to preserve the coin for posterity in it's kick butt condition, so you didn't want to remove it from the protective holder, IMHO that's an easier argument to back.

I guess that's really the main problem. I worry about screwing it up - it's a cheap coin and there are lots of them in MS66, but in 2045 or 2145 there may not be so many.
After thinking about it maybe that would be a good Christmas present for a grandson.

IMHO, put it in a box and throw it in a corner you dont look in too often. I have ZERO problems with that. you could probably buy a kick butt raw example without fear.
Hell, in 37 years you might be dead and your wife would be using the proceeds of the sale to entertain your replacement... crack it out.

Hell, in 37 years a $25 coin won't buy a Big Mac and a coke. Besides that I'll only be 103 and my wife will be 94 and we'll still be getting it on.
