  Conder's work in this area is superb, but some of his dates are off just a little bit since I believe he was going on the input of collectors and his own observations in cases where PCGS and/or NGC would not supply information. As such, his listed date of early 1995 for the introduction of the common green insert and of November, 1998 for the introduction of the blue insert is a little off since I have coins in-hand that were in my possession with these inserts before his listed dates. Of course, I have shared this information with him on the NGC boards.

  I would agree with TomB -
  
  While the research is superb, there are a few minor errors. I have seen, for example, some Eliasberg coins in Regency holders, and since the first sale was in 1996 the Regency clearly must have been in use later than the dates Conder has shown here.
