    Interesting.

    If he's really serious about this it could either be a windfall (if silver jumps to $25/oz) or a disaster (if silver drops to $3/oz)! Perhaps the rental contract has a "value" clause which protects the renter and the rentee?
    I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    Ask if he'd take rare Carson City Morgan dollars from the 1840s.
    You can get them on Ebay cheap, direct from the factory in China.
