    Neil Musante put out a fantastic book on John Bolen in 2002. It is a limited edition work (725 copies), but not hard to find and not expensive. I bought a new copy from Charles Davis for $50 in 2007. 300 pages of everything you need to know about Bolen, including die characteristics of his many creations. There's quite a bit about Becker online, as I recall.
