Any information/feedback and value would be appreciated. The Missouri one feels like it is made out of cardboard. Whats up with this thing? Thank you in advance!

The top copper piece is a Masonic token issued for the chapter and city listed on the obverse. The example you posted is worth about $15 or so, due to condition.
The bottom piece is a tax token. Missouri was a prolific issuer of tax tokens during the Great Depression right through the 1950s. The most common ones, in my experience, are the zinc pieces that are often found in junk boxes at shows (they typically have toned to a dark gray color). The one you have posted is made of cardboard, as you stated, and is less common than the zinc pieces, but still common and not in great demand. I think the cardboard tokens were the first type issued, probably in the 1930s, but I don't deal in tax tokens, so maybe someone else can chime in with more information. I would estimate the value at $1 or less.
