the half eagle has a few scattering of marks that would lean me to a 62, but the luster and flash, and real crisp freshness(like you see on early PCGS OGH gold,) I would say Ms-63 easily.
The texas commem I give a 66
and the walker looks high 64, maybe 65 , the surfaces look clean, the marks minimal , nice luster, but I can tell the amount of contact on the pime focal leg area from the pic?

This coin was originally in a CRACKED NGC holder. Why the auction company didn't reslab it is beyond me...but I liked it and I bought it. It's in a PCGS holder now.
