ex-Logan Capped Bust Half Dime

just had this coin imaged by Mark Goodman. The coin is an 1832 LM-5, arguably the most common die marriage in 1832. Cool die state. The coin used to belong to Russell Logan, one of the authors of "Federal Half Dimes 1792-1837" (the bible of bust half dime collecting)

Nice looking coin BD. It probably wasn't to long after this one was struck that the cud started developing on these up about 10:00 on the REV.

not that one. Mine's a V-4, the one in the HA.com link is a V-5...which would be cool to own too!
