  According to their terms, you can't use the cashback to purchase something for resale.
  
  If you purchased a slabbed coin with a number on it then it might be easy for them to catch you if you try to sell it.
  
  

  I'd keep playing. I don't think the heavy stuff will be coming down for quite a while!

  I'm selling the darn thing and keeping the $200...I feel so sneaky...almost like a 15 year old sneaking out of the house at night for the first time.

  IIRC someone posted to one of these threads recently that the rules were updated and they don't care if you resell anymore, just don't quote me on that.

  I think it's in the TOS...just read that.
  eBay does not limit purchases eligible for Cashback Rewards by the purpose for which they are acquired (e.g., purchases acquired for resale).

  lol I was being lazy. Thanks casman, thats the quote I was thinking of. I found the other thread, here is what was posted, must be the ebay TOS for the cashback.
