Dang that looks interesting. I will be there in 2 weeks, but if that ad is remotely close to real they will be gone.

Dollars to donuts the ad is a fake. The "lucky" buyer will either be sent on a wild goose chase or will get robbed and/or murdered when he shows up with the cash.

Sounds fake. Anyone with internet access and a few minutes to spare would know that the items he supposedly has would pull a lot more money than what he is asking. Sounds like he is trying to bait the "get rich quick" pole and hope he gets a bite from some greedy fish.
IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY

there have been a lot of fake offers for cards on craigslist lately. I'd pay heed to Bob's advice and stay away- at best you'd be out the money.

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

whos craig and angie, and why do they have thier own lists?image
  • The ad is real, you just need to know how to translate

    200 000 = 10 000
1952 to 1967 = four cards from 1952, a box of commons from the 60s and the rest from the 70s and 80s
mint = anything older than 1970 is vg at best

not worth much more than $500, but he is hoping someone will offer $1 000 for it

    that/s my guess

  • I live in Las Vegas, and sent the seller an e-mail on October 13. I asked him how much he wanted for the 1952 through 1955 cards only. Never got a reply.
