Will PCGS holder Evasion pieces? And did they circulate in the Colonies?

I posted this question on the World & Ancients as well.
I have read conflicting beliefs as to whether or not these actually circulated in the colonies as there has never been any documented cases of Evasion pieces appearing in any excavated sites?

that is not correct, they have in fact been found in the ground out east. problem is that they do very poorly in the ground. dunno if pcgs grades them, don't care since a "grade" for a fake coin would be pretty stupid anyway, especially a fake coin that was made to look like crap by design
