fake 1878 cc in fake slab

Trade dollars are one of my fav's and I'm 99.9999999 sure that this is fake with a fake slab. There is only 2 know rev dies( by the location of the CC ) and that doesn't look like like one of them,

    I used to be somebody, now I'm just a coin collector.
    Recipient of the coveted "You Suck" award, April 2009 for cherrypicking a 1833 CBHD LM-5, and April 2022 for a 1835 LM-12, and again in Aug 2012 for picking off a 1952 FS-902.
  • Obvious fake slab.....'AU 58 DETAILS' is SO off center, it doesn't even take a second look to figure it out. Also, if I am not mistaken, the font is different also.
    I'll come up with something, eventually.

    Getting to know the nuances of the fonts is very useful. That one is so far off it only took a glance to realize it was a fake slab.

    New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
