According to David Hall, "the reverse can only add a half point at most." This was part of his explanation of the grade on a remarkable 1894 dollar that I showed him, which had a 62.5 obverse, and a slam-dunk 67 reverse. The coin was in a PCGS MS63 holder, and would never grade higher, according to David, for the above reason.
Although I have always railed against grading from photos, I'll call this one 63.5 obverse / 66 reverse, and give it a 64 slab grade.

<< <i>Reverse is pretty nice - I'll say 64. >>
the reverse has little to do with the grade on a morgan other than hurting the grade it surely wont help it unless it has the right mint mark
