msn cashback not working?

I've been using the cashback, so I know how to log onto the site, go to ebay, etc. I've made three purchases using it, matter of fact
I picked up a jefferson spouse uncirc this morning, but now I try to log on and I can't get the logo to appear on my ebay, which of course
means I'm shut out of any more discounts for now. Is anyone else having trouble with this? I've tried using different key words thinking
that I've used the same one to access it. That worked yesterday when I was having the same issue, but today I can't seem to outsmart it.
Any ideas would be welcome...thanks
