Recently purchased a Bounty Landstar and trying to learn this machine.It seems to be very good for recognizing clad quarters.
Silver not found yet but only been out a few times.Those Zincolns sure are nasty looking coming out of the ground!

Today I did find a 1945 D nickel! I'm thinking that I'm in an older part of the park since I've been finding old bottle caps here too.
Been working more with the "ALL METAL" mode.It seems that gold rings will register as "pull tab" on this machine so I'm digging most everything until I get more used to what this machine can do.
