Can I get an error coin graded(on a crossover) for this quarters freebie?

I have a 2004 Wisconsin Quarter error(low leaf) that I would like to get into Pcgs plastic.Its in Ngc plastic(MS-66)Can I submit it for a free crossover using this quarters free grading.

    I PM'd Carol about this and she said no; if it has to go through the error service it doesn't count.
    When in doubt, don't.

    I would think even the variety attribution service would not count which is what this coin would be.
    I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

  • As an addition to TNDave's question, would PCGS accept a coin under the free submission if he included a fee for variety attribution?

    Alternatively, if you include 10 bucks with your quarterly special, will they Trueview it?

    PCGS will not Tru-View on a crossover.
