Looks like Heritage has a new eBay handle

I just bookmarked an auction listing from the October Signature sale and I noticed that Heritage's feedback number was now 2. Turns out they've listed the auction under a new userID, heritageauctionsinc, which was just created on Sept 30. I wonder if their DSR ratings on the old account were so low that eBay couldn't let them sell with it under their new standards. I know Heritage had a ton of bad feedback, I think the overall rating was around 98% (not 92%, my error).
Gee, do you think eBay would let me start over from scratch with a new name if my DSRs fall below their threshholds?

I don't think they are violating an ebay policy UNLESS one of their previous ID's were NRU'd. I'd want to get out from under that feedback as well. The problem is that Heritage does things different internally than most eBay buyers are used to and I think that was the basis for most of their bad feedback.

97% is pretty bad on ebay

I just found the old Heritage ebay profile, their feedback was 98.2%, not 92%. I do think at one point the rolling 12 month average was closer to 97%. Their DSRs were 4.8 / 4.5 / 4.3 / 4.3, with the lowest for shipping time and S&H charges. Is the right to sell on eBay based on an average of all four numbers, or must each individual number be 4.3 or above?
