Have the 2008 nickel been released? I am looking to fill 2008 P & D slots in my Whitman book & have yet to see them in circulation.

    I got my first 2008-D in change yesterday.

    Yes they have however, as with all 2008 coins, finding them can be difficult if not impossible.

    Your best and easiest bet would be a local coin show or an online purchase.
    I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    Thank for your reply. We do have a show in Portland next weekend, put on by Willamette Coin Club which I shall attend.
