Does the picture change the grade?

So, what did Sacks have to say anyway.?
If it is picture 1 I would be very wary of buying the dime. If it is 2 I would give it some thought. Picture 1 makes the coin look like a cleaned/dipped slug. Picture 2 shows the circulation the coin has and just possibly what the coin would look like if it was purchased. As far as changing the grade I think number 2 would make the coin more desireable.
Now, which picture is closer to what the coin looks like in hand?
