  And my opinion, I don't think it has any chance to upgrade at PCGS.

  Thanks for the feedback. I also believe it is very difficult to upgrade. Is there a special way to put the pics inside the post or it is just that I am a new member and have MB restrictions?

  At the top of the reply boxes are TABS, the one that looks like a framed picture is the one you need to place the URL into This forum uses standard HTML formats , example [img], for image posts , if you know some code it is just as easy to slap them around your URL for posting. There is a picture upload area here , access thru the post box (attach files tab), and to post from there use this....http://forums.collectors.com//attachments/"Place photo name".jpg or gif
  
  Go to your profile page and turn on your PM feature, it will make direct contact easier for small talk and directions in the future
