  It seems to be changing back to 30%. It takes awhile for the system to update all the search terms so for a couple hours different search terms will result in different percent banners.

  I''m now seeing 30% on gold and silver ebay buy it now items. Been 5 days since my first cashback purchase and still don't see it posted in my MSN account. I'm hesitant to make any more cashback purchases.

  yep... gold was just 20% an hour ago. They must have just raised it within the hour!!!!
