Anyone like to help me grade this bust half?

This is a scan because I have no clue how to take pictures of coins. None of the luster or colors are showing. I have a bunch like this and they aren't really my area of expertise or interest so I was thinking of selling them. I am trying to figure out if it would be worthwhile to have them submitted or not.
Let me know your thoughts about grade, value, or anything else.
NOTE: In hand, this coin glitters purple and green and there is still a bit of luster under the thick "crust" (I'm not sure how luster helps determine grade in Bust halves)

Where are the first places to look on a bust half?

Cheek, high points of hair, top of cap, and bosom. On reverse, top of eagle's head, and tops of wings.
The pictures do not seem to show wear on the obverse, but I think there is wear. The luster on the obverse does not seem to be broken, so I assume there may not be any. On the reverse, I see wear. The small pictures may be deceiving, but I think this coin has been improved. Details maybe make AU, but I would say XF on this one.
