Maybe they're waiting until they finish grading last quarters. Some procrastinators sent them in at the last minute...hey, I had to go to the PO on the 30th of sep anyway....actually I was ready to send it on August, decided to drop it off at LB, then didn't get to go. --Jerry

I heard through the grapevine that it will be coins currently in ACG holders.

When I called tuesday the rep told me to check the website and it would be posted there by friday.

That'd be me too. I was waiting till the last minute to figure out what would be best to send. With 1-3 coins coming in a day I didnt want to send early and then something else show up that I'd rather have graded towards the end of the quarter.

Multi-tasking, with so much ALWAYS going on around here- I tell myself well in advance that I need

to do such & such, yet no matter how I try I seemingly just cannot get it done till the last darned day!

I have to question why I get so worked up over the grading special, considering that I am 4 for 4 in bodybags. I just have a feeling this next one will be a "slumpbuster".

They're having troubling deciding how the special can reflect the stockmarket movement, the 1/2 cent may be the leading choice.

if this is true than it's really, really lame and a poor excuse. whoever is in charge of that "big decision" has from now until the last week of December to have a special for the first quarter of 2009, right??? so whoever that is was soooooooooooooooo busy during the past three months that they never had a chance to pick something????? the really pathetic part is that they rob everyone of two-full-weeks from the quarter, about one-sixth of the time.

that makes no sense at all.

keets, it'll be alright, really.

Granted, this is an ongoing benefit, so there should be some forethought into what each quarterly freebie should be.
Heck, I think there have been a few times when the word was leaked out early.

The only thing that bothers me is that I am waiting on sending in a submission until I find out if one of them can be used as a Freebie.
Would save me a few $$ in these hard economic times.

Well, the longer they wait the more memberships lapse w/o sending one in (saves time)
Also, the more memberships may get renewed because they are waiting to see what it is and may,, or may not, use it (more money)
